New-account and promotional credits have no cash value. Purchased credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Failed eligible generations may be automatically refunded as credits. Prices, pack sizes, and promotional programs may change prospectively.

AI-assisted results can be unexpected or imperfect. Review every result before sharing or publishing it. Songora does not guarantee exclusivity, chart performance, platform acceptance, or that a generated result is free of similarity to existing works.

Songora may suspend abusive activity, remove unlawful or unauthorized content, and modify features to protect users and the service. The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
