We process account details, creation inputs, generated music and artwork, purchase records, device and campaign information, and actions such as starting, creating, sharing, or downloading a song.

If you submit a reaction, we also process the uploaded video, story, permissions, and review status. Reaction submissions remain private unless separately accepted for public use.

We use information to provide Songora, prevent abuse, support customers, improve conversion and reliability, attribute referrals, deliver opted-in messages, and publish permissioned marketing content.

Songora uses service providers for authentication, hosting, music and image generation, payments, and delivery. We do not sell personal information. Public share links and featured content are visible only when the relevant user enables or authorizes them.

You may revoke a song share link, unsubscribe from marketing, or withdraw future use of a reaction submission. Operational, security, accounting, and consent records may be retained where reasonably necessary. Contact the Songora owner through the support address shown in your account for access or deletion requests.

Songora accounts are not directed to children. The reaction-feature program accepts footage only when every visible or audible person is at least 18.
